Lisa Williams
As Vice President of Operations, Lisa Williams is responsible for all aspects of the company’s real estate investments.

Ms. Williams is directly involved in property acquisitions and new developments, public relations, as well as all property related financial and legal matters. She actively assists in the development of new business. Williams works with lenders and financial institutions to arrange project financing.
Before joining the Becker Properties team, Ms. Williams worked for multiple financial institutions focusing on commercial real estate financing and commercial banking. With over 10 years in the commercial banking industry, Ms. Williams has vast experience in credit, commercial real estate loan structure, and portfolio management. Most recently, Ms. Williams held the role of Assistant Vice President at California Bank & Trust. While at California Bank & Trust, she was involved in business development including the acquisition of commercial real estate loans and commercial banking relationships.
Ms. Williams is a graduate of San Diego State University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.
